Electrocardiogram Technician (EKG)

Program Objective:

Our Electrocardiogram Technician EKG course is designed to teach our students proper EKG readings and the proper adjustments to fix, read, and record the EKG machine. Students also learn proper preparation of the skin, correct lead placement, and how to correctly input patient information to take their American Medical Certification Association Exam.

Class Schedule:

• New classes start approximately every three weeks.
• Classes meet 5 hours a day on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Class term rotates every other term with the class meeting at 8:30 am-1:30 pm or at 1-6 pm. (Check our academic calendar for the exact term meeting time.)
