Student Registration & Enrollment

Welcome! Please complete the steps below to enroll in any program offered at Elite Nurse Aide Training.

To register for any program at Elite Nurse Aide Training, you will need to provide the following documents:

• A valid government‑issued ID
  (Driver’s license or U.S. passport — must be current and not expired)
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Education
  (High School Diploma, GED, or unofficial transcript)

Please have these documents ready to upload during the online registration process.

Please submit your required documents as scanned copies only. Photos taken on your phone, especially those with backgrounds, will not be accepted.

After submitting your documents, one of our representatives will reach out to help you complete the enrollment forms.
